To register by mail, you can print and mail page 2 from the 2010 Fall Meeting Brochure. 

 

Registration Policies:
• Registrations received after Friday, September 17 will be charged a $50 late fee.
• On-site registrations will be charged a $75 late fee.
• Cancellations by 5:00pm CDT Friday, September 17 for full refund.
• Cancellations after above deadline - No refund. Sorry, no exceptions!!
